Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Moment, operated by YellowMint Technology (CA0396372-K) of Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.

Moment lets you publish smart links and dynamic images that show each visitor a version chosen by location, device, time of day, or an A/B split. You supply the content and the rules; we serve the right version and report on what happened.

Moment is sold on a monthly subscription in Malaysian Ringgit:

• Starter — RM8 per month, including 10,000 image renders per month.
• Pro — RM88 per month, with unlimited renders.

Prices are exclusive of any taxes we are required to collect. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and payment is handled by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not pro-rate partial months.

Every new team gets a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is needed to begin. The trial does not start when you sign up — it starts when your links and images have served their first 50 visitors. Until then you can build and publish at your own pace with no clock running.

When the trial ends, anything you have already published keeps serving; what stops is publishing new or updated work, until you choose a plan.

Render allowances are metered monthly against your plan. If you exceed your allowance we may add Moment branding to further renders, and beyond a substantially higher ceiling we may serve your fallback image instead of rendering. We will warn you as you approach your limit rather than cutting you off without notice.

You agree not to use Moment to:

• Publish or link to unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Disguise the destination of a link in order to mislead the person clicking it — including phishing, malware distribution, or impersonating another brand.
• Send unsolicited bulk email using Moment links or images.
• Attempt to breach, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or circumvent its usage limits.
• Personalize content in a way that unlawfully discriminates against a protected group.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches this section. Where the breach is not serious we will contact you first.

You keep all rights in the content you upload and publish through Moment. You grant us only the licence we need to host, process, render, and deliver it in order to run the service. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you publish.

We work hard to keep Moment available, but we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on these standard terms. We may change or discontinue features; where a change materially reduces what a paid plan offers, we will give notice by email beforehand.

Moment is provided as-is, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms; the date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be emailed to account holders before they take effect, and continuing to use Moment afterwards means you accept them.
